Is there anybody who has the IR-Code for the "Display"-function of a Sony STR-840DB or STR-940DB (US-models maybe 835, 845, 935 or 945)
Any reply wil be appreciated.

Which "display" function? Do you mean the dimmer (of which there's no code) or something else?

I mean the button by which you can change the disply. F.i. from station name into time or travel-info {RDS].
The one you mean is called DIMMER on my receiver.
