I'm a new user, and last night I got this thing set up the way I want. Everything works great...but last night I turned the back light on and went to the button I created to shut down everything (tv, dvd, dss, tuner) and the remote shut down the tuner and then re-booted. I repeated the process to make sure it was'nt a freak thing and it did it again. Any ideas?

Debug your All-Off Macro. It doesn't sound like it has any thing to do with the backlight. Did it get through all of the macro before rebooting?

Which remote are you using? If it's NOT a TSU2000, you may need a firmware upgrade.

An alternate suggestion: your batteries are low or have poor contact.
