Where did you get that address from? The Pronto download site is www.pronto.svcs.com and it still does not have V2.

v2.0 is not available for download yet.

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one... This situation has made me worry a bit. I have not been able to access the svcs site for over a week now (tried daily).

I remember getting through about 3 weeks ago to try downloading PE 2.0, but the download procedure required a valid TSU-2000 serial number, and my unit was not in yet :( Now that I have my toy, the site is down! :((

Info at [Link: automatedhome.co.uk] states that PE 2.0 should be available for download by Feb. 14th, let's hope they are smart enough to fix the web site by then! ;p

Looks like the svcs.com site is no longer being used by Philips.

Are some TSU2000s being shipped without the PE v.2 CD-ROM? I don't get why so many are looking for it as a download.

A few seemed to miss it (methinks the dealers might be "borrowing" them), but many others are owners of other models who just want the latest version.
