I recently downloaded a Gallery...lots of cool stuff. ... When I merge the gallery to my current file and then try to download to rc5000...it says file too large. Is there a way I can just cut and paste what I want to my file without taking the whole thing?

Why would you merge a gallery into your existing CCF? The gallery should be merged into, well, the other gallery -- gallery.ccf. See the FAQ for instructions on how to create a *large* gallery file.
