Can anyone help me locate the discrete power on and off
codes for a Sony STRDE345 receiver and a Sony DVPS560D
DVD player? Thanks.

Try files section, under Sony. The codes there should work, and if you don't find your model - try codes from the others, Sony uses the same codes for different models. Well usually, anyway...

Thanks a bunch. Those codes worked perfectly. The only
thing that does not seem to work correctly is labeling
the IR code in ProntEdit. I can not seem to change it. I have tried words with spaces and words with spaces, short and long words but nothing works. Any ideas?

Afraid not, I'm using the RC-5000 setup. Don't have a clue on how the ProntoEdit works.
By the way, I'm just counting the hours until my
STR-V555ES :-) arrives, hopefully tomorrow, but the norwegian postal service isn't the greatest.

Walter: That's a bug in ProntoEdit 2.0.
