when i try downloading cff files i run itno a massege that asks me for user/password
how can i get one Or what am i doing wrong?

That happened to me once. I used ftp for the username and my email address for the password. If that doesn't work, try using guest as the username.

Well, it seems there's two issues:
1) Quite a number of IPs can't get on the FTP site.
2) It seems the sysadmin has removed my HTTP download option.
These both will be fixed once I move to a new server.
