I just got my new pronto RU890 (European Version) and everytime I try to learn a few functions the remote crashes with a Configuration File is Corrupted Error. The screen goes a little haywire and then it crashes causing me to reset the remote. Is there a way to fix this error? Please help.

Sounds like you may need to update the firmware via the PC. If the problem continues, there may be something else amiss.

I would also try an upgrade. The firmware you have will be the latest, but it might be corrupted in some way. Therefore do Tools -> Upgrade from within Prontoedit. It doesn't sound like it's faulty to me
