I just bought the TSU2000 and it never came with the CD containig pronto edit v.20 Could someone email the software or post it on this site. I got the remote from e-bay and i am still trying to get in touch with the guy who sold me this thing. Help!!! DAN [email protected]

Even compressed, It's a minimum of 4.5MB without the manuals. Most email gateways won't allow attachments over 1.5MB. Try calling Phillips for support, they can mail you a replacement CD.

I had the same thing happen to me! I bought mine from a local retailer and it was an open box item. it did not come with the disc. i called philps and (told the truth) and they said they could not/would not help me! nice huh? luckily my sales guy hooked me up. good luck getting your hands on it.

Actually I don't think I've ever seen a *sealed* Pronto box. They're all pretty much "open". Now are you guys sure you got the 2mb silver model and not the 1mb?
