Someone in Florida is selling the Marantz RC-5000 and claims it has an "improved LCD backlight and memory [over the Pronto]". Can this be legit?

I believe Marantz themselves have stated it's the same, just with a different color case and some slightly modified software. That seller is probably as accurate as the one that said the RM-AV2000 sold retail for a minimum of $199. :-)
