I was in the process of switching from the MX500 to the Radio Shack 15-2133. I had the 2133 programmed for my Denon 2802 rec.(all sound through the rec., speakers turned off on the tv), a Pioneer 530HDI, and Motorola HD cable box. With the tv, rec., and cable box on I hit the vol key for the 2133 and then nothing(not sure what mode I was on for the 2133). I have been unable to get any sound. Can someone please help! David

The problem seems to be from the Motorola 5100 cable box. A Comcast HD tech is supposed to call back with help fixing. I get sound using the DVD player/Denon rec. The speakers for tv and the rec. both do not work so it must be the 5100 needs to be reset.
