I want to create a device, but I want it to have all my own Hex codes (which I will input) and NOT have any codes from the Nevo library/database. Is it possible to create a device and just contain the codes that I input manually?

when adding a new device, just select the option for "add ir device" then select "learn ir functions"
then just teach any single code from any remote into the file. and save the new device.
then you can delete that function and add additional functions where you can type in your hex strings by using the Edit Device function.
