This is awesome! The FIRST reply said to check region code and the first problem was region code. Classic.

THIS IS A PERFECT EFFING EXAMPLE OF WHY SOME PRODUCTS SHOULD ONLY BE SOLD AND PROGRAMMED BY TRAINED DEALERS.

Ok,

So the issue is now confirmed.

Your Nevo ID shows that you have a USA remote. This will NOT work with EU product. It is also illegal to use the USA frequency in Europe!

Your only choice is to purchase a remote from an authorized dealer from your own country. You can still use the remote in Wi-Fi and IR mode but NOT Z-Wave.

Where did you get this remote?
EBay?

What frequency is USA sending on, and what is EU sending on?

What difference does it make, first of all, and second, you would find the info if you spent five minutes looking.

No conversion can be done. That is just the way it is. If you purchased this from an authorized dealer and you told them you were in Europe then they are in the wrong but I suspect you did not purchase this product in the correct manor. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I would also infom Nevo of this dealer.

Feel like naming and shaming him?
