Has anyone been able to program a Q50 so it sends RF/IR to XFINITY X1 box? If you can get me pointed on where to start I'd appreciate it.

I'm not sure what is going on with Nevo, but I know that URC had a bunch of trouble getting codes to work with these new boxes.  URC actually has multiple codesets to try depending on if you are using IR control, or RF control with one of their basestations.   Since Nevo doesn't sell the Q50 to the US market anymore, we are no longer a Nevo dealer.  I don't know if their database is still being updated.  You might be able to use a URC remote to teach the codes to the Nevo, but I have no idea if that will work correctly.

Gee I hate to give this beautiful remote up. Can you recommended a URC remote that is closest to the Q50.

Thanks
Jason

I started to experiment. Looks like C1982 codeset works to control XFINITY X1.

WOW - I'm glad I don't have give up my NEVO remotes. Now back to coding.

The MX1200 is probably the closest thing to the Q50.  good to hear that you found the codes.

I think we used Pace as the manufacturer and put in the remote # and the codes worked. Not certain it was a X1 box but it was a new Xfinity box.
