Hi,

I have a Nevo SL which has served me well until today when the hard buttons have totally stopped responding. I have done all I can think of ie.

- Reset the unit
- Switched it on/off
- Reinstalled my profile multiple times
- Reflashed the firmware


The buttons are still non responsive and I was wondering if there was anything else I could do to get it working again as I am lost without it.

Edit: The more I play with it the more I am noticing that the whole unit is feeling sluggish and slow to respond.
