Hi guys I am a fairly new installer and have been messing around with the pro24r remote and getting used to the software. My question was what do you guys use for a template ? For example do you guys usually just make buttons for watch tv then another for tv in surround ? Or is it standard practice to just default to surround sound all the time ? Also if you do what option do you give them to jump between the two activities ? Just trying to see what the pros do and also make it as easy as possible for the customer to use
