Anyone ever try and program Mitsubishi Mr. Slims (Climate Control Units) on a Nevo Q50?

I learn all the commands but for some reason the unit does not respond to the IR of the Nevo - I then programmed the same units to a Logitech Harmony and it worked just fine.

Anyone?

Sorry I should have mentioned that I tried that too with no luck-

Just for the record: Every other device i have programmed is using the Nevo Connect (RF) and the MrSlim is using IR - that should be no issue right?

are you sure that you have the ir routed properly?  you don't have the mr slim assigned to the "front" on the nc50 by chance?   the mr slim should not be assinged to anything on the nc50, then the commands will be sent via the ir blaster on the remote itself.

use a  camera to verify that ir is coming out of the remote when a mr slim button is pressed.  a camera phone works fine for this purpose.

if you have it routed properly and ir is coming out of the remote, then email me a file with the codes you have learned.  i can teach them to my pronto and convert them to hex and see if anything looks funny.

save the device into your personal library, then create a new file and add that device to the file.    or if it is easier, you could send me the whole file and I can extract the codes myself.  my email is in my profile.

I thought Mr. Slim air conditioners used RF codes. I may be wrong but if they are RF codes, no way to learn or use them in the Nevo.

The unit I have is IR - I was able to learn them with Harmony and an old RTI remote I had laying around. Also tried learning the codes from the Harmony (and RTI) to the Nevo - no luck - very odd ...
