I tried to manually edit the xml file in my ncf file with some of the discrete codes from the Files section of remotecentral.com. The codes in that section were of the form "00xx 00yy 00zz" etc.
In the xml I replaced the codes from a previously-saved learned IR code, changing it to: (code)xx(/code) (code)yy(/code) (code)zz(/code) etc.
I was able to open it up again after converting back to ncf, but the button doesn't work. Is it that my equipment doesn't respond to those discrete codes, or have I done something wrong? Should I have somehow converted the codes shown on the remotecentral.com page?
Note: in the example above, I used ( for <, and ) for >, so it would not be interpreted as html.

I have yet to try that, but I don't know if the IR codes in Neo's XML file or in the same format as the other Pronto's, Which I believe is in Hex?

That's really the question. They both look like hex to me, but I don't know.
