Is the ProntoNEO or it's twin from Marantz available anywhere in the EU?

I talked to Philips and Marantz Germany today.
The Philips Neo will be launchend in the end of march 2002. No info about the price from them.
The Marantz RC 3200 will be launchend on March 14th 2002. The price will be 249,- EUR incl. VAT.
It seems, that the software will not be the same.
