Hi,

Accidentally powered remote on and hit channel 16. Remote now stuck in analog with no picture and unable to change channels.

Normally, remote stays in Main with options for CD, Sharp (Sharp Aquos) and Cable.
Normally enter shows up on sceen and I then choose cable option and then can choose channels.

How can I get back to Main and out of analog?

Thanks alot

Hold down and wiggle the MAIN button until it takes you back? The contact may be getting worn out and need cleaning.

Worst case, take out the batteries, put 'em back in ... and the remote will start up at the MAIN screen.

And make sure the batteries are new.

I turn on the backlight when I suspect some flakiness might be due to low batteries. The backlight will dim out if the batteries are low.

I don't know how you guys came up with your answers, but I read his post and had no clue what the heck he was talking about.

I just took my best guess at what he might had been trying to ask, and answered that. :O

As for Greg, he always reminds people to check the batteries!
