What are the newest Firmware and O/S versions for the MX3000 and does the software update the firmware? I seem to be running an old firmware ver of 2.23.5.60627 an O/S version of 4.10.908.8N June 26 2004 and software editor version of 1.20.154.

Well 47 views and not one person is willing to take one minute to check their setup screen to post the info I requested. This IS a very good forum. Thanks to everyone who replied to this question.

I don't have one active right now to check for you, but ask this question in the "Complete Control" forum as this forum is for the Home Theater Master and Consumer series remotes. Your software version is correct and when there are firmware updates, they are included in the software updates.

Yes, ask this in the Complete Control forum and don't be quite so uppity.

I saw this question this morning, and would have given you the information if my MX-3000 and charger were set up.

I am going to set up my MX-3000 and get you the information, but it will have to wait until this evening.

Your firmware and software editor versions are up-to-date.

The OS on my MX-3000 is 4.20.003.003N2, but it may have been produced later than yours.

What is the actual firmware version as seen in the setup menu under system accessed by holding down the main button?

I thought all of the software and firmware was supposed to be upgraded by the programming software.
