I have a Konka TV purchased from Best Buy about a year ago (Sept 2005). The model number is KP2762UY. We recently moved and our cable company uses Universal Remote model# UR4-EXPG ( full mod# UR4-EXPG-CHD2-D) remotes to control their cableboxes. In the code list provided by Universal Remote the Konka brand is not listed. I have tried to use the auto search feature but have been unable to find a code that works. I've been to the Universal Remote web site with no success. Have contacted customer service but not expecting any help there. Trying to avoid buying a programmable or learning remote if possible. Any ideas? All help or info appreciated.
