Do I have to program my receiver under the audio device button to get all the audio pages on the MX500?

If I want to program 3 AV/Rceivers on my MX500, can I place them on any device button and still get all the preprogramed audio pages?

No, if you remode a vcr as a second Aud receiver, the vcr's default labels will still be there even if the IR commands are different. Of course you can edit each and every one to match the IR commands.

With remotes like the mx-650, RF10, rf20, and rf30, changing the device also changes the labels inside each device.
