Hello All,

I'm looking to buy either Universal Remote Control MX-850 or MX-900 and the MRF-250. How much would you charge to program the list of equipment below? If you cannot help me with this, can you recommend someone?

I have no idea how to program macros nor do I have the time with a baby on the way. I can provide all sequencing, turn on info, etc. Can a program be emailed to me when complete? I can load it if taught.

Not sure which of the two remotes I need. Please help me decide. I'd even buy a used one from someone upgrading to a newer model.

Thank you,
Adam

Try ProRemotes.com or SurfRemote.com. I believe either one of them will sell and program the remote for you.

The MX-900 will serve you better in the long run, so I'd definitely start with that.

Just a side comment, but if you're using the Impact Acoustics matrix switch for high definition, you should replace it. It's marginal even for 480p. That is unless they've gone and re-designed the thing since I owned one.

I replaced it with a Video Storm CSM42 which is probably still one of the least expensive matrix switches that are actually designed for HD.

I am only using the Impact Box for Audio...mp3,cd, etc. and not HD...Thanks.
