I am using a Universal Remote from Comcast DVR 3-Device and I can't get the power button to work on my Magnavox TV. Using a device code of 0054, everything seems to work fine except the power button. It actually mutes the tv. I have tried every code sent I could find. With other codes the power button does nothing. I have even tried to use an advanced code (00044) to power it off and it mutes using this code. I have also tried to reset the tv device button with the 9-9-2 code. Any help would be appreciated since comca$t and Magnavox are no help and just point at each other!!
