I am having an issue installing the MX-3000 editor. I am able to install all the other editors no problem but not the 3000. It gets all the way through installing it then at the very end (98%) it tells me that the program was unable to update 1 or more protected windows files error 1933.

Is there any resolution for this?

I also tried to install the CCS, this was not a problem and then when I open the program it downloads an update (the remaining editors that I do not have on my laptop) afetr the download and install it tells me to re-launch the program, when I do this it downloads the update all over again.

Help! I need to MX-3000 editor on my computer!

First try bringing down all other applications that are running before the install. If that doesn't work try using msconfig to do a diagnostic startup, instructions here.
