Thanks to some help on this forum, I was able to customize my URC-200 and now I finally have a remote that actually does everything I want it to, but I am having one strange problem.
As part of the customizing process, I changed the default device key for Cable over to satellite for my Dish DVR. I relabeled the device, programmed the code for the Dish receiver, then customized the various screens and learned several commands to various hard and soft keys. That is where the problem comes in. Every once in a while, the remote "forgets" a learned command and reverts back to the default function for that key. For example, I taught the 30-seccond skip button from the Dish remote to the fast forward button on the URC-200. For a few days, things worked fine, then the other day, the fast forward button went back to being a fast forward button instead of the skip ahead. I also saw this on a soft key, which also forgot its learned command and reverted back to the original function. I was able to re-learn these keys, but it is a little odd. Also, I haven't noticed this problem on any other devices. since I "moved" the Satelite device on top of the original cable device, I'm wondering if this may be the source of the problem.
Has anyone else noticed a problem like this? Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot it?

Thanks!

Haven't heard of that happening before.
