I need to program my Mx-850 to operate the Comcast/Motorola DVR box which operates with the Comcast DVR 3-Device, has anyone done this.

Is this Moxi cable box? The preset code is CAB 111. Learning remotes have trouble with moxi commands.

Why power? The box is always on anyway. Do the numbers in the display bother you? Are you in one of those wonderful Comcast markets that your box turns off randomly?
We sometimes do work in Panama City, Fl. and they have this problem. Otherwise turn it on and forget it.
