The response to my remote is very very intermittent using rf only. the signal light was flickering, so i reduced the sensitivity some and it hardly responds. I found that pointing in 1 spots helps but is not practical.

the response of the 777es is unpredictable, perhaps due to signal or poor programming.

any suggestions for reliable remote response and best codes for getting the sony dvd to respond w/o mistakes? i am using the dmx software, also anyone have a problem with small graphics on some movies and not being able to see the name on the screen?

thanks

Search for threads regarding RF. Especially the Thread "Does the MRF250 or MRF300 work for anyone?". There are numerous hints and guides in this thread that i have found useful in controlling components with a MX3000/MRF300.

I have the DMX software, but i have not experienced the problem you mentioned. First check the quality of the graphics of the DVD cover in DVD Profiler. This can be improved if you have purchased the DVD Profiler software.

I am still having problems!!
I have
1) covered the led's atthe units to be sure no feedback to other components.
2) mapped the ir outputs to individual components( 1 couple have 2 bugs on 1 lead)
3) turned the sensitivity to the min.
4) set the base unit to '1'

There is practically no place in the room that gets '0' status light flickering, it comes on then off even in the same place. what could be causing this??

the base is on the floor in the back room.

thanks
