I can't seem to get my URC-100 to "fully" accept the R15 IR signals via the learning process. They get accepted ("Good" appears), but when pressed, they only work about 1 out of every 5 times I press a button. Are they not "accepted" fully? Has anyone else heard of this issue? Very frustrated.

I have taught two urc-100's the commands from two R15's addresses, no trouble here. Erase and try again, with new batteries in each remote.

Have you tried DVR 117 from the IR database? That's the code for the R-10 and HR10-250. You would need to delete all of the commands you learned to that device first, then use the preprogrammed code. Code 117 is for Tivos, the R15 isn't a tivo. so there isn't a code in the urc-100, if it did it would be 173.

Edmund: Ah, I see. The R15 is a DVR, just not Tivo. I hadn't noticed that. The new DVR functionality is supposedly being provided by NDS. Philboy: You may want to send your remote to URC to have them create a code for you. You can reach them at: (914) 835-4484.
