If you have the newer version, it is a standard USB to mini USB cable you can use one from a camera too.

If you have the older version you have to call URC to get a new one.

Could someone tell me, is the plug that goes into the remote supposed to be silver metal all the way around the plug?...cause mine is black plastic on the top and silver metal on the sides and bottom...(I think I have the older version because mine is smaller than my digital camera usb cable)...I was wondering if maybe the metal came off the top?

Chuck,

If you have the first version it will be black on one side (side with the key on it) and then silver metal around the other 3.
