I've recently purchased mx3000. I've had no problem up/donwloading the file I saved from this site to see the potential of this remote. Interestingly, I've started to program my system, created some devices and main page, downloaded to mx3000, and all of a sudden, unusual thing happened. After downloading to mx3000, it rebooted itself, and it stuck on the default screen saying" loading system file" with the window saying " Connected to USB Socket Default" . No other buttons are working, and the window didn't go away. I took out the battery and reinserted to get a fresh start, but it didn't even go to the main page. I pressed the MAIN button to go to setting page and that doesn't work either...
