I regularly use 10 buttons on my combined cable/DVR. As these buttons are on 3 pages, I have to switch back and forth, so I would like to have the most used buttons on one page. Can I copy/move a button from one location to another page (some are learned, some have red buttons (I haven't programmed it in a year so I've forgotten much of the programming details)?

Open up the lcd editor(it displays all of your 'pages'), Then click and drag the buttons to any page you want.

This only appears to work within a single device page set. Is there any way to pull the IR content of one button to a button on another page? I've imported a device page for the sake of one command and would like to simply copy and paste this command into my existing device page.

Interactive: only if it's a learned command. Then, you'd use CTRL-C (copy) and CTRL-V (paste). Otherwise, you cannot mix multiple preprogrammed codes onto a single device except on the MX-900 and higher.
