Maybe you missed the "Inc." in the name of this forum. This forum is about the remotes made by one specific company. To the best of my understanding, they don't have any "cheap" models.
I'm sure you can get one of the expensive URC models to control your DELL TV, especially with expensive help from one of the custom installers here. I assume that isn't what you're looking for.
I think that DELL TV is one of the ones using the MCE protocol. I'm sure you could get it to work with one of the JP1 capable OneForAll remotes and a JP1 cable (less cost than a URC remote and significant work, but less work than trying to program a URC remote without help from a custom installer). I don't know if you can get it to work with the off-the-shelf configuration of one of the newer OneForAll models (less work if available than using JP1, but probably inferior final result than JP1). I expect some model exists, but I'm not sure. The place to ask about either JP1 or those newer models is
