I need help setting up an RF universal remote system. I have a couple of Directv receivers and I have maxed out my satellite. I would add another receiver if I could, but I can't so I decided to mirror one receiver to another TV located in another room. I want to be able to control the receiver from the mirrored TV location. If I get a Universal Remote URC-100 plus an Expander to relay and convert the RF to IR will it also try to change the channels on my other Directv receivers? Would Universal Remote's Base Station solve my problem by only allowing the RF signal to communicate with one receiver? How would I set that up? Does the remote then communicate first with the Base Station or the Expander? Thanks for your help, I don't want to buy too much equipment or not enough.
