I would start with adjusting the emitter gains (one device at a time) until you acheive the best output to operate the device reliably.
Also, turn the 'blaster' off if the mrf-300 is in an enclosed cabinet with the equipment.
Generaly, the higher the gain on the rfx-150, the better chance of receiving interference.
It's hard to say if your having rf interference.
Since it varyies by time of day, is it possible that sunlight is flooding the ir reciever of your equipment(requiring more gain on the emitters)?
