Hi,
I've been using the MX-500 for about a year and a half. It's skin has started to peel like it has skin cancer. I would just like to clean the face plate without having to worry about the buttons. Is there an easy way to open the remote so I can clean the face plate separately? A tool perhaps? I've tried twisting the thing, so far no joy.
