My Mx-3000 has frozen up. I am hoping the pressing the read about reset button will help, but where exactly is it? I have opened the back, and next to the power cable there is something looking like a silver button. Is that it? (don't want to do any harm by shorting it or similar...)

Christopher,

Yes, that's exactly right. If that doesn't work, try reloading your program. Keep us posted.

Thank you,

Thanks Damon, actually a simple removal of the battery seems to have done the trick!

If you need to do it again, use the reset button as you don't want to be removing the battery very often. The connector and wires are a bit fragile.
