Does anyone know if the MX-600 has the ability to learn RF signals from another RF remote?

Does it have the ability to be programmed with other manufacturer's RF codes?

Nope, and NO other universal remote can either. You're out of luck.

What are you trying to control? A number of RF components can also receive IR.
