I got it downloaded to my desktop computer but my laptop hangs when it gets to Downloading System\Collect.rcc 5840896. It hung at that spot twice and once at 5836800. Any significance to these numbers?

Laptop has less memory than desktop, but it loads and runs MX Editor fine. Any ideas?

I had the exact same problem on my old desktop. I think it's a 98se incompatibility problem, myself. Mine is 500 MHz so i guess it could be a memory problem also. I didn't worry about it since I have P4 laptop that I work from, anyway.

My desktop is W98 first edition and took the update.

My laptop is W98 second edition and hangs.

Don't think W98 is it.
