I,m having problems with the power up &dn macros. the jvc projector learned code neds to be held for a second. to power it down & up. i cant seem to figure it out. please help

I'm afraid you can't program a "hold down" of a button with the MX-700. Only the MX-3000 allows for that programming. If you make a push-and-hold macro on the same button as the Power button for the JVC, then pushing that button and holding it down will turn on the projector, then activate the rest of the macro. You would need to add a delay at the beginning of the macro equal to or slightly more than the amount of time you need to hold the Power button down (one second). A similar macro could be made for powering everything down.
