I'm trying to control a certain zone on a B&K CT-600 with IR routing turned on. I'm taking one of the flasher outputs of an MRF-250 and sending that to the particular zone input that i'm trying to control, tying that to the ground & data. I can control the CT600 just fine but it will not pass out the routed ir while using RF? I tried taking a CK 1.2 keypad, plugging in to that zone and changd the remote to ir which worked wonderfully. I'm thinking i may need to switch to an MRF-300 which has buffered ir outputs but since i don't have one in stock i just wanted a second opinion before i go this route. Thanks for any thoughts

The MRF-250 should not be plugged in direct without a resistor in line. If you want to make things easy, go for the MRF-300. That's the best way to go.

Good choice! You'll be very happy with the MRF-300.

You could possibly use a flasher on the face of the CT 600 , program the remote with the code set for the zone you are using the RF remote in , and set the CT to pass front panel IR to flasher out puts , that will relay IR to your sources. Dunno if that'll solve your problem or not.
