One why did universal change the usb connection's between one I got one month ago and and another one I got yesterday ????, Next when will they give me my much needed discreet code's for new line runco products Cl-500 and on to vx 5000 ???..
Does anyone have any idea if they are already there and i just havent found them

The USB connection was changed to use a standard-type USB cable, rather than the odd plug style the previous models had. Do you have discretes for the Runco in some other form already?

Does URC have a policy of researching and importing codes per customer request? I would assume the most we could hope for is that codes requested in a forum such as this might be included in a later release of the database.

Some companies (Crestron in particular) will go so far as to 'learn' the remote for you free of charge (but you have to supply the remote, and then DUH you could have done it yourself). I'm curious what URC is promoting, I have a huge list of TOADS they could be working on for me LOL.
