Do the GIFs show up in the folder if you look at them with Windows Explorer?

I would try uninstalling, then reinstalling MX-3000 editor. Sounds like there's a bug with yours.

tried uninstall, didnt work. Why is it that when I go into any folder but the sample folder they are all blank.

Just to make sure, you are clicking on the "Import" icon under "Image", "Before/0"? The "Files of type" should show *.bmp, *.jpg, *.gif and *.png as available.

Im not sure i follow! I create my button then click on import under file then navigate to the file, blank.

That's the problem. File-Import is only for bringing in RCC files. If you click on one of the buttons you've created, to the right of the screen display, you should see the button and above it various icons with the "Image Before/0" above. If you don't see that, hit F4 to make the "Edit and Label Buttons" panel appear. Then click on the left icon, which is "Import".
