Hey, hows it going?
I am programming a MX3k for a few pieces of equipment one of which is a projector toshiba model #TDP MT500 and the codes within the MX editor are invalid. I have attempted to learn the codes, but with new batteries the commands can still not be retrieved. I appreciate any imput in advance, and thank you for a reply.

That's odd. Hadn't heard of any problem learning that remote before. Anyway, try using the CCF found here.

Thanks Mike,
You it was wierd for me too. I have sold/install lots of toshiba tvs and projectors but never come acroos this problem. One thing that I did notice is that the remote didn't work well when it was operated at very close range to the equipment. I appreciate the link, though now, I have a new question. How do you export the ir from pronto editor (or ng editor) to the mx3k editor?
Thanks,
Timo

Use the Universal Browser feature inthe M3K editor to open the CCF, then drag-and-drop commands from it. If all you want is the IR command, drag it from where it says "Learned Data" in the lower right window.
