Is it possible to use the Punch Through feature from the Main screen to turn on several devices (TV, Cable Box and Receiver)? If so, could someone guide me through the process? I have tried and can only seem to program one device to Power On or Off from the Main menu using the Punch Through feature.
Thanks

On the main menu, you need to create a macro for a all on/ all off power button. Punch through's only allow for one device.
The punch through is designed to allow , for instance, the volume of the reciever to work on any device.
Go into the programming mode, select macro, then select the appropriate on or off button for each device and then save when your done.

Thanks so much pilgrim. How do I create the macro at the Main screen (as opposed to macros from a specific device)?

Go into the programing, select 'macro', Press the 'on' button on the remote, select a device, press the 'on' button, press main, select another device, press the 'on' button, etc., etc. Do the same for an 'off'.
You can also use macro's on any device button to change the inputs of your tv, reciever etc. with a single push from the device button in the same mannor!

If you want a macro on a device button in the main LCD panel I think you have to hit page up a couple of times until the panel reads "MAIN" else it won't be stored on the main page.

There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions. |
