Good morning.

I'm trying to set up a new file for my MX-3000.

I want to import some pages/macros from an existing file. The existing pages are for my Sony Jukebox DVD Megachanger. I have listed all my CDs and set them up with the correct slots. When I import, this information (macros) does not carry over.

What am I doing wrong. I would think that this would carry everything over, but it doesn't. Can I get it to do this. I really don't want to go through and enter all this information again.

Thanks.

I tried to test export/import by exporting a singe device and the 3000 editor crashed on the import!

So then I tried to import a device from my regular .rcc with many devices. The import worked but any macro alias references were omitted even though the references were for other pages in the same device. Everything else I checked looked ok. Using v1.12.128.

Been there done that Macros from what I understand will not import over. What I had to to do is basically take another file that I wanted to import from and use the save as function instead and then build the new remote around the old one.
