I have an MX-500 for one TV area and just got an MX-600 for the other area. I really like the RF/Emitter combo and am thinking about getting another MX-600 to replace the MX-500.

Note that the AV setups in both rooms, which are about 25 feet apart are the same (Sammy DLP/Plasmas, HTPC's with same setups).

Can I use tow MX-600? Is there a way to change the channel that the RF is being sent on? Or will there be conflicts?

If you have identical components in the two locations, an MX-600 will control them in both locations. The MRF-100 base station does not have multiple IDs available like the MRF-200 (and up) does. To control identical components in two locations via RF, you would need, as a minimum, an MX-350 with MRF-250.
