I've been able to come up with 99% of all the device codes I need for my Pana Onyx Plasma but they are spread through 4 different devices I had to import and put on the Main Page2.

How can I consolidate these into one device or incorporate them into my original TV device so I can free up the space on Main Page2 for other devices/uses?

You need to specify which remote...
However, since you mentioned Main page 2 it must be a 700/800/850.
If the IR codes are learned and not pre-programmed then you can just copy and paste from button to button. If pre-programmed, then about all you can do is use a shortcut.

Correct, it's an 850.

So, there is no way to combine the IR codes from several devices into one device? Are there other software tools that might do this? ProntoEdit?

ProntoEdit would only help if you had some Pronto CCFs to work with. There's nothing it can do with MXD or MXF files.

You might want to call URC about the problem and they may be able to create a single code incorporating the various commands.

Can you tell me how to do that? I can copy and paste macros, but I don't any way to copy and past Learned codes from one device(A) to another(B) so I can get rid of the entire device(A). I know I can shortcut to a learned device code, but it still requires me to have that device in the system taking up space.

So, If I can find enough pronto CCFs with the device codes I need then I could use that to combine them, edit out the unwanted codes and create a single device with the remaining to import into the MXEditor?

Not that I know how to do that but if it's a possibility I'll see if I can figure it out.

Any advice to get me started would be appreciated.

thx

To copy and paste learned codes:
1. click on button with learned code and then Ctrl-C
2. click on button where you want it copied and then Ctrl-V

If you have Pronto CCFs with learned commands (not Pronto database ones), you can individually drag-and-drop them into your configuration using the Universal Browser.
