Anyone have a problem connecting to LU servers? I am using a Comcast cable wireless network to connect from, new MX800 owner/user.. thx!

The live update is currently disabled. Universal Remote has a known bug in the latest release and has disabled the update feature until further notice to prevent more people downloading the file. you should goto the universal remote web site and reload the last version to get the import feature back.
