I just jumped into this recently and moved up from a Marantz SR18 reomte to a MX 850. Everything was going great. I'm having fun playing with this remote and I have had no issues with PC communications.
However the last few days I can't Live Update. The Editor says it can't communicate with the server. It has been working. Disabling Norton Internet Security didn't help.
Anyone else having this problem or Ideas on what to do?

There is a problem with the most recent version 1.12.230. The company has been debugging it. Look at prior forum threads and they will explain further. For now use the prior version which can be downloaded from this site.

I'm pretty sure I was newer than this but deleted Editor and reinstalled it

Beta testing was completed with some issues they need to revisit, hopefully we will get a new test version soon. They are extensively beta testing all software updates before posting them since this recent issue. They want to make sure everything is as close to perfect as possible before the release. As I understand it, the engineers used to post the updates, now they want widespread testing by "us" before any release will be posted.
